Once Upon a Time . . . 


I took a job as an SLP working for a special education program that focused exclusively on students on the autism spectrum. (Spoiler alert - I LOVED that job!) but in the beginning it was tough! Most of my students really NEEDED visuals to comprehend the world around them. 


All the worksheets and workbooks that I could find still needed to be modified for my students - they were too challenging or didn't include visuals. Everyone on our team shared a disc for Boardmaker (a program for making visuals) and whoa that program is NOT intuitive!!  


Luckily, I had a wonderful co-worker who showed me the basics for making visuals and then I was off! I made visuals for everything. But. . . I was spending a lot of time making them - my personal time. 


But I kept going because I wanted my students to be successful.

  • When will I get access to the materials?
    Right away! As soon as you join, you will get access to all of the year-round materials and the seasonal activities that have already been added. By December, ALL of the printable resources from my TpT store will be available to members - plus any new resources. (See the timeline above to see when new seasonal activities will be added)
  • Will new activities be added?
    Yes! New materials will be added throughout the year! (See the timeline above) I will be looking for your feedback to see what you would like created in the very near future. Let's build this together!
  • What if I already own some SpeakPlayLove resources? Does it still make sense to join?
    Yes! The SpeakPlayLove Membership Vault not only gives you access to current resources, but also all future resources (at a significant discount!).
  • What types of files are included? What program do I need to open them?
    Most files are PDFs. Any PDF reader will work to open them and print! A few editable versions of files use PowerPoint, Keynote, or GoogleSlides.

  • Are Boom Cards included in the membership?
    Yes! Each month two Boom Cards decks will be posted for members. Unlike the printable resources that remain in the Vault once they are posted, Boom Cards are only available to download during the month they are posted. However, once you add the posted Boom Cards to your library, they are yours forever! (I will send out reminder emails so that you don't miss the current month's cards.)

    Additionally, a large Boom Cards Bundle is available as a special add-on below. The cards in the bundle will likely not be in the monthly rotation due to the high volume of members who own the bundle.
  • Are articulation materials included?
    Not many - I want to be clear that this membership primarily includes early language resources. The target student is one who benefits from the use of visuals.
  • Do you accept purchase orders?
